How Time Flies.....

8 hours, 38 minutes...that’s approximately how long it took to knit this sock. Keeping track of my knitting time was a revelation. I thought I knit a lot – every day! Apparently, I knit in snippets of time. I may sit down to knit but interruptions (phone, dogs, cat and husband) must prevent long stretches of marathon knitting. Surprising, no?

Houseguest.....

Dori was the perfect guest! She respected the other girls....and even listened to me! Bob and I agree that she is just a nut job when Joanie is around because she really was so much better than I anticipated! She's also a very smart little girl. She watched me pack up her bedding, etc., and ran to the kitchen door wagging her tail and barking. I explained, "Mommy will be here soon," and she settled down.

Got lots of sock knitting done yesterday....turned the heel....am keeping track of exactly how long it takes me to knit one sock. Number of stitches knit today: Zip!

My headache is slowly going away...I'm thinking it is neuromuscular pain due to TMJ and clenching. I'll try to ignore it for a few days and see what happens. If I didn't clench for a night or 2 I would know for sure....but it doesn't look promising.....

Cobblestone knitting continues...one row/day on the sleeve....it will get my full attention once I have completed the socks.
