Just Like Heaven.....Loved the movie.....love the yarn.....Susan's Spinning Bunny Mohair/Merino in "Oriental Poppies" spun laceweight....400 yards....3.5 ounces.....8 ounces more to spin....Am planning to knit a shawl from "Victorian Lace Knitting Today." This is my favorite new fiber.
I also started a "Philosopher's Wool" sweater for Bobby. It is a lot of fun to knit and goes very quickly....Easy to do except for manipulating the ends. For some reason, I can weave out the old color, but not weave in the new color. Maybe by the time I knit both sleeves, I will figure it out.
Was hoping an outside shot would show the colors better......
My only Christmas knitting....a pair of socks for Gregg.....pattern is from "Knitting Vintage Socks" by Nancy Bush...."The Gentleman's Sock" pattern....in Susan's Biscotti colorway....I believe Gregg will think they are manly enough : )
