The Perfect Dress.......
I'll block it tomorrow.....If it is chilly or hot this Christmas, Maggie will have a dress to wear!

Almost....
Finished.
What I learned...........steeks can and do run.....I cannot use a sewing machine (I already knew that but tried anyway).......reinforcing buttonholes should be done with thinner yarn.....buy the buttons first.....and.....finishing may be tedious....but I like the results.

Wrong Again......
Dale of Norway fair isle patterns are apparently a lot different than traditional fair isle.
What I've learned so far.....stranding looks better than weaving in Baby Ull....always hold the pattern color in the left hand and the background color in the right (not how I'm doing it - of course). Can't wait to decrease knitting backwards....or purling in fair isle if that is a disaster.
So...another sweater that won't be perfect...but at least I'm learning something new with each project.
